Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I had to try it.... Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies.... is that possible??

Good timing too as the bottle of peanut butter I have is just about to expire tomorrow.

Came across "Joy The Baker's" blog and wonderful stuff she's got there and this is my attempt to try this http://www.joythebaker.com/blog/2009/04/flourless-peanut-butter-cookies/

The ingredients so simple:

• 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup of Sugar (a little lesser would have been better)
• 1 Egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda or 4 teaspoon baking powder

Here are the cookies before baking....

And it looked amazing after baking... just like flour-based cookies...

Still skeptical.... I tasted it and its yummy! :D Easiest cookies I've ever made :D
