BeeZee Week

It has been a busy busy week.
  • Project 1: Design and planning docs were all due on Friday - had to burn midnight oil to complete them
  • Project 1: The previous phase documents was reviewed again and some more ammendments - had no choice but to put it aside for the week
  • Project 1: PMO not pmo'ing clearly, causing confusion and time taken to sort all that out
  • Project 1: More scope creep both mini and not so mini to take on and plan for and be responsible for- i hope no more is introduced
  • Project 1: Long update meeting and outcome was the same as when it started
  • Project 2: Have to strategize how to plan for the sub and not loose front
  • Project 2: Become part-time infrastructure administrator - faster sign off!

But the weekend was a rewarding one - the Tap Party was a good one.

  • Dad helped cook the green curry for the party Went out with dad to get the ingredients. I helped stir and clean the chicken ;D
  • Yummy variety of food there. Highlight of the makan was the homemade desserts: Rich Chocolate Banana Cake - all from scratch baked by Nick with the T-shirt "I look good at the dance floor" all by himself (late teens some more), all of us still cannot believe it. Perfectly baked Mini Apple Pies - by Jayce. Juicy Onde-Onde - all natural. And not forgetting the exotic Poached Pears spiked with rum with ice cream - it was yummy even without the ice cream.
  • Taboo was super fun and crazily funny. Some of the funny ways of getting us the guess the words.... The chinese play this with the sound "tick-tock-tick-tock" = it was = Ping Pong. A sport of battle and ppl go "chop-chop" = we guessed fencing, wrestling, boxing and it was = Karate. The movie Brokeback Mountain... what activity they do?.... oops = we guessed gay, homosexual and non-verbalized guess "sex" and it was = Cowboy! :D Everyone was just laughing madly over some of the ways it was described for us to guess!
  • Experimented Charades with the Taboo cards. Video'ed Lisa charading Butter and Stuffing and it was super funny. We reviewed the video of Lisa charading of the word Stuffing and we could not help to break into laughter again!

Another cycle week of work but a nice weekend at Club-Med to look forward too and a free Tuesday off! :D
