Breadful

Circumstances almost prevented me from going and am glad things worked out so that I could go. I have always loved breads and have always wanted to know more about the art of bread making. The only and 1st bread I tried could be grrrrreaaatlllly... improved as it came out as a very hardy foccacia bread.

Managed to sign up the Female Appetite Magazine workshop on bread-making. It was indeed eye opening.. as to why my bread turned hardy before.. how to make better bread.... to how baking is not just about cooking but is like the subject biology/chemistry where is it just as important to understand foods molecular structure to understand what makes it a good bread.

What a feat it was but within 4 hours we have made German Muesli Bread, Pannonette and Pretzels.
